Gain Muscle Fast Tips

If you are trying to gain muscle fast then it will take a lot of hard work, discipline and determination but for that you will be well rewarded.

First thing you need to do is check out your routine, if you are doing more than 8-10 reps a time then stop. If you can do more than 8 reps then you don’t have enough weight, you should only be able to do between 5-8 reps before your muscles fail if you are doing more than that you might get yourself nice and toned but you will never gain big muscle, If you really want to gain muscle fast then you need to get your mind into a heavy lifting mode.

Every time you start your session you need to try to lift more than the last one, Your muscles will not grow unless you force them to, once your muscle gets comfortable with a weight there is no reason for it to increase you must push your limits every inch of the way every time you train.

On the opposite side of the working out you also need plenty of rest so GET TO BED EARLY. Most of the building and repairing your body does is done whilst you are asleep so in order to let your body gain muscle fast you need to try and get 8 hours sleep, no burning the candle at both ends if your body is exhausted it will not grow and repair and when you are taking your rest days try to cut down on your cardio output, you do not want to be burning off the extra weight you will be needing before you get to the gym and on that note.

Eat, eat and eat some more. You will not be able to gain muscle if you are running on empty, if you are not full then eat, take in plenty of carbohydrates and plenty of protein, you want to be aiming at around 30 grams of protein per meal and you should try to eat 5-6 times per day.

If you can get these basics done then you will be well on your way in your quest to gain muscle fast.
